Information collected based on the contract with our customers we keep 5 years after the contract is signed. When the time is up, we can delete Personal Data of our customers or we make it anonymous so they loose a Personal Data character.  DISCLOSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA You decide if or when you disclose your Personal Data to us. PERSONAL DATA ACCES Only the people who work with 4MEDIA d.o.o., have access to customer Personal Data database. They have the authority to process your data, except in the case when customer places the order in our web www.rock-days.com. In this case the order is shipped out to the customer and the only information that will be processed as a part of the order is Order number, Customer Name and Last name, Phone number and Address for delivery. PERSONAL DATA & CUSTOMERS RIGHTS 4MEDIA d.o.o. if you so desire will at any time disclose to the customer the information about how the Customer Data is used, and let you know the kind of data is processed and why, who uses the data, how long the information will be kept and stored.
