By purchasing a package or receiving a voucher or by your presence at Holliday Village Resort, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
You are advised to read them carefully.
The tourist agency, as package organiser, reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on the website https://www.rock-days.com. Please check them regularly.
It is the responsibility of the eligible persons to monitor the website regularly and get the updated information. If the package has been acquired after any change to these terms and conditions, the eligible persons agree to be bound by the new, updated rules of the version of these General Terms and Conditions.
The tourist agency, as the organiser, reserves the right to change or update the programme, venue, concert venue or schedule of events at any time without prior notice. Any possible changes will be announced on our website and/or Facebook page, this is why regular monitoring is essential.
The tourist agency as the organiser reserves the right to change the programme and/or parts of the programme of the package, to change the venue, to change the concert venue, to change the schedule or the performing bands in accordance with the concept of the package. In the event of such changes, the voucher shall be equally valid and non-refundable and cannot be returned.
In the event of any breach of these conditions, the tourist agency, as package organiser, reserves the right to cancel the vouchers purchased, refuse entry to the holder, remove the holder from the venue or confiscate the items in question, as the case may be; in no event shall the holder be entitled to a refund of the purchase price of the package.
The tourist agency, as the organiser, reserves the right to add additional or change performers or bands and/or additional accommodation days. The tourist package may not cover these changes, in which case an additional fee may be required to gain access to the concert venue. All tour package holders and potential visitors will be informed of any changes via the website and/or Facebook page.
The tourist agency, as the organiser, reserves the right to change the content of the programme, the timetable of the programme or to change the event as a whole due to circumstances beyond its control, and reserves the right to change or update the programme, venue or timetable without prior notice and without any obligation to refund the purchase price or exchange vouchers. Any changes will be posted on our website and/or Facebook page, so monitor it regularly.
Each tourist package has its own value and is the property of the tourist agency as the organiser until the full price is paid. By purchasing a tourist package, the visitor accepts in full the general rules of conduct and behaviour laid down by the tourist agency as the organiser and in force at the venue, which are binding on all visitors.
A voucher in printed form without a perforated part (the part that tears off) is considered invalid. Keep your voucher in a safe place and do not bend or fold it. The tourist agency, as the organiser, accepts no liability for problems caused by mechanical or any other damage to the voucher after purchase, which may result in the voucher being invalid.
The tourist agency reserves the right to adjust the price of tourist packages in the event of a significant negative inflation rate.
The tourist agency, as the organiser, advises visitors to purchase tourist vouchers only at authorised sales outlets. Upon entering the venue, your voucher will be invalidated and you will be given a wristband with which you will be able to enter and exit all venues in the Zaton tourist resort without restrictions. From that moment on, the voucher is no longer valid.
The holder of the voucher declares that he/she is aware of the general rules published on the website of the tourist agency as the organiser and that he/she accepts them in full. In the event that the holder does not comply with the rules published on the website and misuses the voucher or wristband in any way, he/she will be removed from the venue and will be banned from further entry and/or will be handed over to the competent authorities.
The tourist agency, as the organiser, reserves the right to refuse or prohibit entry to the venue to anyone who poses any risk or threat to the event itself, who may in any way endanger the safety of visitors or cause any problems.
Wristbands already issued are not transferable.
Entry and participation at the venue, including accommodation, is at the sole risk of the visitors. The tourist agency as the organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury incurred at the venue, including damage, theft, loss of property and vehicles (cars, campervans, motorcycles, including caravans, etc.) if caused by the negligence of the voucher/wristband holder or by the unforeseeable acts of third parties, including force majeure.
In the event of force majeure beyond normal control, such as war, civil or political unrest, acts or orders of the authorities, strikes, catastrophes, pandemics, epidemics or other unexpected factors, the tourist agency, as the organiser of the Rock Days event, may cancel the event and any funds received will not be refunded.
In the event of cancellation of the event (without the above reasons), the voucher may be returned to the shop where it was purchased within 2 months, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the shop where the voucher was purchased.
In the event of cancellation, date changes or any other changes to the event, additional costs (public or organised transport or other costs) will not be reimbursed to voucher holders or visitors.
The tourist agency, as the organiser, cannot be held responsible for counterfeit vouchers. Both paper and digital vouchers have special protection mechanisms and any misuse of these will be dealt with in accordance with the law.
All visitors (including minors) fully consent to being photographed and filmed as part of the audience of the whole event. All video, photo and audio material obtained at the venue itself can be used for promotional purposes and other promotional activities of the tourist agency as the organiser. Upon entering the venue, you may be searched by officials of the Holiday Village Zaton Tourist Resort. Any prohibited items or substances mentioned above will be confiscated. In the event of possession and seizure of illegal drugs, the law enforcement authorities will be informed and prosecution will follow.
WARNING: Exposure to loud music can cause serious hearing damage. Rapidly changing lights can be dangerous for people suffering from epilepsy.
Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the tourist agency as the organiser, such as war, civil or political unrest, special orders or instructions from government authorities, strikes, disasters, epidemics or other unforeseeable events, the tourist agency as organiser may cancel the event and the voucher purchase price will not be refunded in full.
Only visitors who are 18 years of age or older on the first day of the official start of the event may enter the concert venue on their own. Officials of Holiday Village Zaton Tourist Resort may ask for a valid ID/proof of identification (valid passport or valid ID card, a copy is not sufficient) at the entrance to the concert venue. Voucher/wristband holders under 18 years of age may only enter if accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Parents and/or legal guardians are fully responsible for their children/minors for the entire duration of the event. Children and minors will not be served alcoholic beverages at the venue.
The tourist agency, as the organiser, accepts no responsibility for goods or services purchased from other traders or providers of products or services at the venue itself.
The voucher may not be used for marketing, media promotion or sales promotion purposes without the prior written permission of the tourist agency as the organiser.
In the event that the visitor does not respect the hotel’s house rules or causes damage (intentionally or unintentionally), the tourist agency, as the organiser, will not be held liable for the costs incurred. The visitor is responsible for dealing with them on site, directly with the TN Zaton Tourist Resort or the facility where the damage occurred. The same applies to all means of transport or anything else within the organised programme.
When registering, the visitor is obliged to provide the organiser with precise information about himself/herself and the persons he/she is registering for the trip (the name must match the name on the passport). Should the visitor be prevented from continuing the trip due to non-compliance with the rules, he/she shall bear all the costs incurred by him/her and his/her companions in this respect. The visitor must respect the rules of the restaurants and hotels (many medium and high category hotels require appropriate wardrobe, e.g. long trousers, to enter the restaurant) and cooperate in good faith with the organiser’s representative and the service provider. If the visitor fails to comply with his/her obligations, he/she shall be liable to the organiser for any damage caused, and the organiser declines any liability for any damage that the visitor may suffer as a result of such failure.
Please behave responsibly at the venue and take care for your own safety and the safety of other visitors. If a visitor is caught urinating outside the designated toilets or urinals, their wristband will be destroyed or removed and they will be removed from the venue without further access to the venue and without a refund of the voucher purchased. Please separate your waste and put your rubbish in the bins provided.
Burning plastic, tents, furniture and any other combustible items at the venue is strictly forbidden and a criminal offence!
